How do I get rid of my computer virus? It's called USB TOY 2.0(see details)?

Question

Every time I take a disk out of my pc and close the disk tray, a little windows pops up saying: USB TOY 2.0 systemnt.exe - No Disk

When I click on the close button, it still won't go away, even when I click on ok, or try again, it keeps popping up, and I don't know how to get rid of this virus. I have tried Mc Afee, and AOL spyware protection and others, but they don't seem to find this virus. Please help!

I tried looking for the solution, but no go...

Just try installing Spybot SD, update it and scan your machine once.
