I just want to get rid or some fat on my tummy and my love handles. About 10 pounds, that's all. I have gym class 2-3 times a week and we run for about 5 minutes on average. So, all of my running is covered. Do you know of any exercises that will get rid of my embarassingng fat? My diet is very good, so that needs no work. Thank you for your answers!
