How do I get rid of orange striped oakworms?

My neighbor's tree was covered in with these caterpillar looking things. This morning we found some in our yard. We were able to figure out what they were, but we want to know how to get rid of them.

Go to a garden center and ask for a Bt pesticide.

Bt is actually a bacteria that infects caterpillars like a bad cold and kills them.  But do it pretty soon, because it only affects the caterpillar stage of life.
