How do I get rid of outdoor flies?

Question

1. The flies are not in my trash. They are on/under my back deck.

2. I cannot get under my back deck, and all I can see under it are some tires the landlord left. They are sitting on their sides, flat.

3. The flies are getting worse and worse.

4. What can I do to make them go away for good, without burning the back deck to the ground? (that was a joke, haha)

are the flies dead? sitting on their sides flat? thats weird...well if they are alive there are probably there bcuz its summer and they are trying to escape the heat. set up the type of flie traps that the flies have to go inside and get stuck in there...try homedepot....try washing them away with the hose maybe? I live close to a chicken farm and in the summer flies are abundant so my dad puts up those traps..not the sticky ones tho cuz those are gross to walk by
