How do I get rid of pigeons on my balcony? Help plz !10points?

I have tried many ways to get rid of the family of 4pigeons that keep coming back to my balcony. I have tried putting up CD's, putting double sided tape on the ledge,spraying them with water when they land, a fake owl, fake snake, I got rid of the eggs they layed, etc. I cant afford to get bird netting($200). Any cheap ways to get rid of them for good?

Birds on balconies can definitely be a hassle.  Try using outdoor sound deterrents, such as the Bird Chase Super Sonic from Absolute Bird Control.  This emits distress calls and frightens the birds away.  This product is completely weatherproof and can be programmed specifically to your problem bird.  Another suggestion would be to try using other kinds of visual deterrents such as the Mylar Flash Tape or the Hawk Decoy.  If your birds move to your window sills or other small crevasses try the Bird Spikes.  They can be easily installed and prevent your pests from landing and nesting.
