  1. dont put toothpaste.i did and it left me scars all over.if you want to care about your skin, you cant just use spot treatment.you need to wash your face, use a toner or astringent.and a moisturizer.to hydrate your skin.even if its oily.then maybe a spot treatment if its a really big zit.but not toothpaste.hope i helped!

  2. Wash ur face twice a day with a cleanser, and use an astringent, bottled alchol on problem areas.

  3. Try proactive solution. I've tried it myself, it works great!

  4. Well you could always buy a acne kit. Like proactive or all that neutrogena stuff they have out their. My friend uses acne clear. It should help get rid of the redness and not make it to obvious.

If they dont go away by school you could always cover it up with cover up and foundation.

  5. Yes, toothpaste does work for some people, it works for me, the thing is you are just drying it out fast...it has to be the paste (not the gel stuff),oh and its not going to work in one day:(

  6. go see an esthetician asap! they ACTUALLY understand skin! and do NOT use proactive under any circumstances.. it DOES work fast but it DOES destroy your skin as well. it makes it freak out and the breakouts are MUCH worse after the fact.

an esthetician will analyze your skin and reccomend a course of treatment that works. proactive doesnt do that.

  7. USE SOME ACNE TREATMENT.

  8. don't squeeze it! it will probably scar and be really red!

and the toothpaste doesn't work, it just causes a burning feeling and redness.

try some cleansing products, or use face wipes daily, as well as a toner. you can always get a concealer just to cover up the redness or make it less noticeable!! also, try to use products that have acetic acid in them, its good for unblocking pores!!

also try and find out what kind of pimple it is - pustule, carbuncle or cyst - and then try and find the right treatment for you skin type. there are heaps of websites that offer advice on treating acne, and there are a fair few 'spot pens' on the market that reduce redness and the appearance of pimples in as little as a couple of hours!!!

    Good Luck!

  9. try PROACTIV, you can get it in the mall.

To prevent pimples, wash your face twice a day with soap, rinse with water. (Twice a day- once in the morning, once at night)

  10. Since u start school soon try the toothpaste, and then after it pops, apply some vitamin E to prevent scarring, you can buy some at walmart just make sure they're the gel capsules. I use this thing called the dry pimple healer by mario badescu whenever one pops up once in a while, (http://www.mariobadescu.com), it dries out my pimples really quick. I use a honey mask every night before I go to bed. I just apply it, leave on for 15 min and then wash it off, just make sure its pure honey. If you have acne or are showing signs of it go to this page:  http://www.natural-acne-solution.com/, and sign up at the bottom of the page for the free weekly emails. The information on pimples is free and you'll learn so much on what causes them, it's really helpful.

  11. Those natural treatments may work, but the best approach is to wash your face 2x daily and after exercising with a cleanser that has salicylic acid.

If you still have a pimple, the night before school starts, try an acne spot treatment....Clean and Clear makes a great one called Clean&Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment, can be found in drugstores.

  12. I found the best creme- OXY-10. I've tried so many different creams and this one is the best! It's hard to find sometimes, but if you ask at a pharmacy- they can order it in for you. It's about $13 last time I bought it. Use it about 3-5 times a day for VERY nasty pimples and it takes 2 days to get rid of them (for me anyway)

    Hope this helps!
