How do I get rid of spam mail from my in box?

basically spam is hard to get rid of make a new email and email the new one to all of your contacts... but the thing is once your email gets out there the companies send constant emails because it's how they network and make their money. I actually had alot of spam in an account i ignored it and got a new one with Gmail then i went back to check on that one a couple months later and it never happened again unless they support a heavy spam filter which i doubt so yeah hope that helps

Make sure you mark all unwanted stuff as spam. Then go to bulk, check all and delete.

Click 'Reply' tab and ask them if they can lend you a £10-er, they will stop replying, it works with me.
