How do I get rid of the blue tint in digital photographs?

I'm using a Sony 7.2MP Optical Zoom 3x to take clothing pictures. However, when I take pictures of white clothing, there is a blue tint on the bottom half. I take pictures indoors with natural sunlight. Any ideas how I could fix this - change settings on my camera??? I

Current settings available - EV, Focus, Metering Mode, White Balance, ISO, P. Quality, Saturation, Contrast, Sharpness.

  1. If this blue tint shows up when you shoot a well lit white wall, it could be you have a problem with the cameras sensor ... it if shows up when you view the image file on your computer or when you print the image.  If the image files are okay on your computer and you only see the blue tint on the cameras LCD, then it is a problem with the LCD and while irritating, it will not effect the quality of your images.

    Call Sony's help line and talk to them ... they can help you troubleshoot the problem


  2. That's odd. Have you tried a manual reset? Look in your camera manual to find out how to do one.
