How do I get rid of the excessive amount of chorine in my pool??I need answers ASAP!!

A standard filter carbon or a KDF will work best to remove chlorine from your pool.

FIRST TURN THE CHLORINATOR OFF AND THEN TAKE THE PUMP OFF OF FILTER&SET IT TO RECIRC.THEN LET THE PUMP DO THE REST,IT WILL TAKE A DAY OR SO,BUT W/O FILTERING IT AND THE SUN SHINNING THIS WILL DISAPATE THE CHLORINE,OR GET ALOT OF PEOPLE IN THE POOL AT ONE TIME,BUT WATCH YOUR PH LEVEL.

3 options:

1) Drain a portion and fill with fresh water

2) Turn off everything and let it sit in the sun for a couple of days

3) Invite all the neighborhood kids over for a pool party. All of their spit/sweat/snot/urine will do the trick

Add more water, even if it means overflowing the overflow to dilute the chlorine already in the pool.
