How do I get rid of the little red zit?

I got a pimple on my chin about 3 days ago, so I put some acne medication on it overnight, it dried it up and like an idiot, i tried to pop it. Now I have this red dot on my chin. its like the pimple is still there but not doing anything. HOw can i get it to go away in as little time as 2 days?

you can't make it fade fast. those red marks last for months. the bets thing you can do is prevent them by not picking your zits.
