How do I get rid of the ! marks next to my songs?

  1. If you're talking about the "!" in a circle next to your songs in the iTunes library, it means iTunes cannot find that particular MP3 music file. What you should do is double click it and iTunes will let you find and link the MP3 file to music in your library. However, this error most likely occurs if you've moved the original file location of your MP3 files or erased them, so dragging and dropping your entire MP3 files into iTunes and it will re-recognize them again.

    But what exactly do you mean getting rid the "!" marks next to your songs and where exactly is this problem occuring? If the "!" mark is in the title, just right-click, edit name, and erase it.

I assume you're using iTunes and the "!" begans a songs name, i.e. "!heartbreak hotel".  Click on the name of the song to select it. then click it again(not double click but two separate clicks.  The song's name should then be isolated for editing.  Then just correct the name.  hope that helps
