How do I get rid of the pimples on my face?

I have start school sept 2nd. I have some pimples on my forehead and a couple on my chin. I would really like to get rid of them within this week because I've had pimples but never that many. How do I get rid of them? Do you think that the Clean & Clear Acne Control Kit works??? please help. thank you =] {no rude answers please}

at the beginning of this summer i was desperate for an acne solution that would clear my skin. so desperate that i almost got a prescription for accutane. while reading stories about accutane, i decided to go on google and i simply typed in acne. and i found acne.org. daniel kern, the creator of acne.org is my hero. i was skeptical of his regimen at first, but i read the many of the thousands of thank you letters people had sent him, telling him how wonderful his products worked and it cleared their skin. the skin problems range from mild to severe cystic acne and his routine has cleared them all.

they are all over the counter products, surprisingly, but thats good because they dont cost much at all

the regimen is

-wash face in morning with Cetaphil (or another gentle cleanser)

dont scrub your face with a cloth, just wash gently with your fingers for about 10 seconds

-gently dry your face off

-put a good amount of Benzoyl Peroxide all over your face using

only your fingers

wait for it to dry and then

-put on a moisturizer (i use neutrogena moisturizer for combination skin)

thats the routine i do twice a day and my skin looks amazing

I would definitely suggest you try SWISS glutathione bar. Its actually a soap intended for skin lightening but it really works well against pimples and the maks they leave behind! it dries them out easily in just 2-3days! a lot of people buy it for that purpose even if they dont have to lighten their skin. check out
