How do I get rid of the smell?

Question

I live in a condo with a pretty small backyard thats part concrete and part gravel. My dog goes to the bathroom in the gravel and even when i pick up his p**p theres still a horrible smell in the backyard of dog p**p! Is there anything i can do to neutralize the smell? Thanks guys!
