I'm 25. These pimples just popped up out of nowhere. Yes, I still battle acne, but I just woke up 1 day last week, & BOOM! Pimples ALL over the forehead. Not 1 little area of smooth skin. Bump, bump, bump, bump, bump.

& I don't wear makeup or anything like that.

  1. wash your hands, pop them, wash your face, put peroxide on the popped pimples with a q-tip and let it stay on overnight, after this don't pick at them, i recently experienced the same thingT.T

  2. drink aloe ...it will help clear your skin and clean your system. Also try a internal cleansing...pills or colon cleanser

  3. Go to wal-mart and get ivory soap then rub your hands together with soap and water like getting ready to wash your hands and rub the soap really good on your forhead and let it dry and go to sleep like that and when you wake up in the morning wash your face off and those bumps should go away

  4. I think you should try aloe-vira and try citafil lotion

    Makeup = evil pimple machine.

  7. have you been eating food with more sugar or grain?

    because if so you body is probably reacting so i would try some omega 3 oil capsules and you'll be good to go

  8. That really sucks. You can try a good scrub, with a foam cleanser, then an astringent. But most importantly, astringent. It tightens pores and prevents more acne from forming, and also treats what's already there. Neutrogena and Clean & Clear both have awesome astringents. Good luck. Also try steaming your face for 5-7 minutes with a towel over your head and then washing your face well. Afterwards use an egg white as a 15 minute mask to close the pores.
