Sorry about this question I'm just not sure if I should go to the doctor. Kinda embarrass to ask any one about this problem and thought the internet would be were I should turn. Well I went on a camping / hiking trip for two weeks towards the last four days I had nonstop diarrhea. Really sucked. Anyway I was unable to really clean my self as much as I would have liked to. It didn't take long for my butt to start to itch. I have been home for a week and a half and its getting worse. Its like little bug bites or zits almost. I have been taking 3 showers a day and really washing my self extra thoroughly. Soap makes the infected area sting. I dont want to call this a rash because I am not sure if that is what it really is, but it seems to be spreading to my legs. The worst part is my grundel, or area between the hole and sack. Their are very small bumps that lead from the base of my s*****m and end just before the a**s. The bumps are in a perfect straight line almost completely in the center of my body. Their is nothing irritating inside the r****m or anything. just on the buttocks and inside the legs, its mostly inside the crack. Im not trying to be crude I am just hoping to depict the problem as well as I can and hope fully get help. This afternoon I wrapped my legs with that elastic cloth material, I am not sure what they call it, You can get it at CVS. I thought it would keep me from scratching it, which it seems to be doing. I haven't put any ointment on their yet. I was thinking Gold Bond. I find that the "bug bites" or bumps will ooze or at least it seems that way, maybe its just sweat. I thought keeping it dry down their might help. On the other hand I thought Neosporine might help my body heal it faster. I don't know so far the wrap is helping my legs but unfortunately I cant wrap every thing. I know theirs going to be a bunch of losers on here giving me retarded answers but I would like to thank to one how takes this seriously.

  1. sounds like you got onto some poision ivy. take benadryl every 4 hrs for the itch. soak in epsom water. and use caladryl lotion--keep dry as possible. you can also buy some zinc oxide ointment on it. rotate the zinc and caladryl every 4 hrs. this should be better in a couple of days. wear cotton underwear. good luck! hope this helps.

  2. Sounds to me like you have a bad case of diaper rash - without the diaper!  Go to the pharmacy and pick up some Desitin (or some good  diaper rash cream).  I always like the Desitin Creamy with Aloe and Vitamin E.  It sounds like you could be irritating it with so many showers and excess scrubbing.  Also, don't wrap it with anything (especially in elastic - it won't breathe).  If you feel you have to wrap it to stop yourself from scratching, use cotton. I'm sure it will be well in no time!
