Can you post the section of the PC-Cillin log that identifies this as a virus? Also, what Operating System are you on? Which patch level?

I was unable to lookup that name as a virus, however most randomize the names and it's identified as some specific w.32 worm or something. Pass along that log file info and I will point you in the right direction.

download and run vundofix from http://www.geeksjunction.com/technical%2... to remove the virus from the computer.

TRY http://www.eugenepcfix.com  My computer was slow because I picked up some spyware, adware, malware somewhere.  A pop-up “XP Antivirus 2008” that told me that my computer was infected with a virus.  I followed Eugene’s instructions now my PC is running great.
