I have one of those big ones that doesn't look that bad but it just sort of lurks like, under the skin. And it hurts. I'd really like to not have it on the first day of school (monday!) so does anyone have any suggestions?

  3. Apply rubbing alcohol to it 2-3 times a day. It will dry it out. Dont use any type of moisterizer- it will make it oily and cause it to grow bigger. It might not be healed by the time school starts but dont cover it up with make-up.

These ones are sooo annoying. What ever you do dont pick or sqeeze it - it makes this sort worse. Trust me. Just leave it. Use something on it to dry it out. Tea tree oil is good as it dries spots and also acts as an antiseptic to kill any germs that are causing it.

TCP is also fairly good for this sort.

  5. pretty much just wash your face, apply rubbing alcohol at night or after a sweat and get an aloe vera plant and use it the acne in morning or as many times as you like.

  6. You can put a dab toothpaste on it. Not all toothpastes work, it should have methanol or alcohol listed in the ingredients, which is usually found in the 'paste' forms rather than gel. Toothpastes have triclosan in them, which is an anti-bacterial ingredient and is used in many acne lotions. If you try it, make sure you don't have to go anywhere right afterward, because it can cause your spot to turn red for a little while. But if you leave it on overnight the next day the pimple is usually dried up and gone.
