Question:

How do I get rid of those bones sticking out of your back? (they look like chicken wings)?

I'm a pretty skinny guy (5'8 135 lbs) and I have those bones sticking out of my back. I want to get rid of them. To me, they look disgusting.

Do you have any suggestions or any ideas? Any exercises I should do?

  1. Ermm, i suggest bulking up. Eat lots of protein like lean meats, eggs, turkey, chicken breast and so on. Also, drink protein shakes and start going to the gym.  


  2. The only way to get rid of them is to cover them with fat! so put on weight, or try weights and increase the muscle around your back and stomach

  3. You might have poor posture, hunched over shoulders, which would cause your shoulder blades to stick out.  

    Exercise is a good way to improve your posture.  

    A healthy exercise program addresses all five aspects of physical fitness: aerobic endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body fat composition.

  4. Eat as much as protein as u can and never forget 2 eat eggs 4 your breakfast and do aerobic exercises at least 1 hour a day. =)

  5. Put some muscle on. Then when you flex you look awesome because they push the muscle out. Do bent over row, shrugs, lat pulldowns. back exercises. Go as heavy as you can for 10 reps. eat like a whale, but exercise so it turns to muscle. Eat protein and carbs. Try weight gfaining powders. get lots of rest, sleep well, and try to take a nap after you workout. Also eat 50% of you daily calories after your workout. take a multivitamin too.
