How do I get rid of throat and neck pain after swimming in ocean.?

Question

Went swimming in ocean three weeks ago and since then I have had a dull pain on the side and front of my neck. It hurts when I touch it and sometimes when I swallow. Not sure how to fix this. Thanks

I think after 3 weeks it should have gone away. I personally would have this checked out by the doctor. It could be anything.
