How do I get ride of widestep elite key logger??

Question

I have installed a key logger on my computer and now I want it uninstalled. I am able to open the program, but once I try to select the quick option "uninstall" it goes to a internet page and has me fill in a questionnaire, but it never uninstalls!!!
