It depends on whether it was spray paint or brush on.  Try paint thinner if it is brush on but test on a small area first to see whether it damages the fabric.  If not, pile up paper toweling or a terry towel under the stain, apply the thinner with a soft cloth blotting the paint and changing the section of the application rag you are using as the paint transfers.  For the spray paint, check out either Carbona or Mostenbockers paint remover formulations.  You can find both at the discounters and in some drug or grocery stores in the laundry aisle.
