How do I get sand out of my pool?

(without taking all the water out)somehow sand got in and now it's all settled in the bottom whenever we get in the pool gets all cloudy. I think there is a tool that came with the pool but we don't know how to use it.

vaccum it up. you can buy an attachment that hooks in to your skimmer.
