How do I get software for my Samsung camcorder?

I have my dad's Samsung SCD103 camcorder right here, and when I plug it in it says I need a CD to install software. I don't have the CD, so I went to the Samsung website and entered the camcorder model and installed the software, but it still won't work. Any other ideas?

You could call Samsung customer service and tell them that the disk that came with you camcorder didn't work. Chances are they will send you a replacement disk.
