  1. On the side of Windows Movie Maker there should be a link that says "Import audio or music" click that and choose your tune from your "My Music" folder.

  2. WMM will most likely not recognize the music files from the itunes because of its extension as and MP4 so you may need to purchase or google a free converter to change the file to .avi or .wmv. then you can import the song.

  3. As I know iTunes downloaded music files (M4P) have DRM protection which prevent users from playing iTunes media with other incompatible players such as Windows Movie Maker.

So, you need a DRM converter to convert the M4P to MP3 or WMA to put it into Windows Movie Maker:

Find the iTunes music files in > “My Document” > “My music” > “iTunes”.

Free download this converter to have a try:

    http://www.wmatomp3-converter.com/digita...

It can convert iTunes DRM files (M4P, M4V, M4A, M4B) and Windows Media DRM files (WMV, WMA) to any audio and video formats. And also perform all types of standard conversion including video to video, video to audio, audio to audio and EVEN high-definition video (M2TS, TP, TRP, TS, AVI)
