  1. if you want to start homeschooling, go to www.continentalacademy.com  they will help u get your high school diploma at home at your own pace no rush

  2. I suggest reading 'the ultimate guide to homeschooling' by Debra Bell.  It is available in most libraries.  Find out your state laws at http://www.hslda.org/  joining is also a good idea.  Google homeschool groups in your area.  When I did I had three local groups come up.

There are so many choices in how you homeschool.  You can buy textbooks for each course,  comprehendsive materials that cover all major subjects, DVD courses,  independant study through universities, and even more.

BYU offers high school courses online.http://ce.byu.edu/is/site/courses/select...

I would start by reading and praying.

  3. That's a lot to ask! I guess if I were you I'd look into my state's homeschool laws (they will be online: go to HSLDA's website and link from there), and see if you can find some local homeschoolers who can help you get started (if you don't know any your local librarians may be able to contact someone for you). Then you'll need to look at what your son has already completed, where he is now with schoolwork, and his and your goals for him. It's a good thing to do over the summer if you can wait that long. Good luck!

  4. It depends on what state you are in....

    I used to do, k12.com....And connectionsacademy.com

    They were really good....

However I don't suggest homeschooling, but those were good programs....

    =)

  5. First find out your state laws.

    http://www.hslda.org/laws/default.asp

Then you need to investigate curricula:

    http://www.teachingtextbooks.com

    http://www.hewitthomeschooling.com

    http://www.aop.com

    http://www.rainbowresource.cm

    http://www.abeka.com

    http://www.homeschooldiscount.com

    http://www.timberdoodle.com

  6. First make sure your state allows it and what the rules are, next make sure the program is credited, you can try out k12.org most likely it will be in your state.. Good Luck
