How do I get started with acting in New Jersey ?

I want to act and just need some advice, and programs that I could take.

  1. No offense but I have to agree with answer 1.

       Without knowing your age, certainly even NJ must have some schools with Theater programs. I doubt there are Film career programs, but certainly you need to begin with basics at any rate.

        The desire,,, "I Want To" is noble enough, but the ability and available work is more the reality.

       I'd be in NYC in any case, for all of it.

    Just my 2 "scents"

    they made it

    take classes at shcool do plays  and join the drama club

    and get an agent
