How do I get sticky gum off my fingers?

I was chewing gum and I stopped and played with it on my fingers. It's super sticky and now it's all over my fingers and won't come off. What can I do to like wash it off? Or peel it off?

peanut butter or butter..

with ice and peanut butter, i know it sounds funny but it works and works to get gum out of hair too. i know

well the first answer was true. y mom did it when i was little. i use to take ballet and my mom gave me gum after class was over. somehow it got on my tutu, she took peanut butter, not sure about the ice thoguh, and it came off. she washed it and nex week no stain, no gum.
