How do I get stronger biceps, triceps and elbows?

I have good Leg strongness(7 out of 10) and all but i cant do a single push up. i am 4 ft 8 in i am 108 lbs(i know im chubby). here are some picture of me on my my space

if you guys need better pics then tell me,

oh i was in ballet, tap dance, hip hop dace, soccer and tennis if you must know. and i swim every other day some times 7 d a week oh i do pull ups on the rock bridge but my hips down are under water thank you i really need this info

  1. 1 push up is pathetic, even if you are like 14 (judging by the pic).

    Do as many as you can nightly. Try reach 2, then when you can do 2, go for 3 and so on.

    The exercise you already do won't strengthen your bi/tri & elbows.

    You could start lifting weights but I'd advise against it - judging by your age.
