  1. What do you mean they don't hurt anymore? Have they actually hurt at all before? Anyways try doing combinations on a heavy bag. Over time this builds the muscles in your shoulders in order for you to strike fast and hard. When you shadow box, wear wrists weights or hold some 2-5lb dumbells and throw quick but good form combos.

  2. how about some body weight at least some five pounds then do some shadow boxing

  3. spar your shadow just kinda throw random punches in front of u an dance round ya shadow like ure in a boxing ring make sure u put ure body in to the punch also cross hook is more effective

  4. In order to get stronger punches, you need to do two big things:

    1. Practice your punching on a large, massive heavy bag with as little movement as possible. It helps to get a buddy to hold the back of the bag to keep it from flailing everywhere, which actually impedes your training.

    2. Get bigger, eat a diet high in protein and carbs for more mass and strength, which will help nourish your deltoids and forearms, the biggest contributers to punching power (in addition to legs and hips).

  5. Make sure you have all your techniques right and do what Von-L said.

  6. Shadow box your combinations with 2-5lb weights

    trust me it works

  7. Resistance training usually works. That is when you have something pulling your arm back when you punch. Also weight training
