How do I get that Old Hollywood Glam look?

You know, the deep eyeliner, the red lips, and I especially need help with the curls! The eyeliner is generaly easy, but it comes off because I put in on the inside part of my lid.

use a liquid black liner a little above the lash line

if u want u can try a dark brown or if ur brave, blue eye shadow

the red lips: try a berry red color, not siren red it's too flashy the berry is enough trust me

the curls: a perm, if u don't want to do anything that dramatic, i suggest curling ur hair with a curling iron, then locking them in with a strong hold hair spray, bumble and bumble works well

don't forget 2 dress chic-ley
