How do I get the Antidepressants out of my system by bedtime?

Working out, taking them super early, sweating them out...

What do you think would help circulated these thru and out of my body by night time?

  1. i don't know why you want them out before bedtime but the effect of them can last up to about 60 hours (roughly) and it can take up to 30 days for it to leave your system completely.  of course it depends what type you are taking. thats why it is so important to follow the doctors instructions when taking them.  you won't be able to 'sweat them out'.


  2. Anti-depressants are designed to work around the clock when taking them on a daily basis.  You can't get them out before bedtime.  If you have been on them an extended period of time, even if you stop taking them today...they will still be in your system for a little while (not just a matter of hours).
