Fantina is the 6th gym leader so you have to come back to Hearthrome to face her after facing the first 5 gym leaders.

And if you want to get fly then you should go in the Galactic Warehouse, which is Veilstone City. The Galactic Warehouse is located near the entrance to Veilstone City. When you help Dawn get her pokedex you get fly.

i think you have to go to celestic town and go into the ruins there or something......im not too sure, but i think thats it

HM Fly is in the galactic warehouse in Veilstone, and you have to find Fantina in the Contest Hall in Hearthome, and Downtown..., She IS the 5th Gym Leader
