How do I get the Smile Achievement Geometry Wars 2?

Me and my friend have been trying to figure this out for the past 3 hours and don't know c**p!!! If you could help, I'd REALLY appreciate it.

john s is right, for the achievement description, you time out on the first 2 sequences and die on the rest, and complete the ones not named.  link to it being unlocked: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fu1a12lTz...

When you read the achievement it says 2,4,11.... You have to fail all these levels and pass every other level in the Sequence mode.  When you fail the levels 2, 4 ,11... it makes a smiley face out of red squares but you have to pass all the other ones.  For 2 and 4 you have to lose by running out of time and the others you have to lose by dying.
