How do I get the W580i Light Effects?

I have recently seen on YouTube people with their W580i that they can do this cool flashy light effect thingy... How do I do that???

settings > light effects

should come up with things like..

tutti frutti

light blue

aqua

fire

things like that

browse them, and click what one you want

The lights on the side automatically flash when the phone rings.... but you can go into the settings an chose a sequence.
