How do I get the Yahoo Presence on my web page to work?

I'm a member of a gaming league and we use Yahoo Messanger as a way to communiticate with our members. When creating our homepage I tried adding a Yahoo Presence icon but none of them work right. Is there a better or newer code I can use?
