  1. brock is correct on the general location of being where the jack is stored, but I find newer models of around 2001-2003 sports, they moved the module and requires scan tool removal... So if you can't find it in the jack area, it's dealer time

  2. Call the dealer and they will assist you with this.

  3. It could be in two places, 1st check were the jack goes in the driveside rear pannel you remove the cover and with a flash light look in the hole there should be a small box with numbers on it the code is the larger numbers, five in total, the lable is on the top of the box and it hard too see. If its not there then under the dash drives side. On the fuse box its on the side you will need a flash light and small mirror, note the sticker may have unglued and you will have to hold it somehow. Good luck, 1 year ford put it somewhere else ! and i've yet to find it.

  4. If you are the original owner & haven't changed it yourself, it is the ZIP code for the dealership that originally took delivery. If it has been changed by either you or another owner, then it will need to be taken to a dealer to download it to an outside computer. It can then either be changed to your preference or reset to the default.

  5. there should be a sticker somewhere on the inside of the vehicle that gives you the factory code that was entered.  I remember on an old mark VII that I had it was on one of the trunk supports

  6. Like Brock said, in left rear, on the back side of the door module, either take it out or use a flashlight and mirror..
