  1. Check your manual, or call the customer service center that should be in your book.( or talk to person who sold it to you)

I don't have fridge like yours, but I took off the grill? form the bottom  and pulled tray out and bleached it out every now and again and slid it back in..

    good luck..

  2. My Whirlpool is the same way- no easy way to get the pan out because it is blocked by the water filter brackets in the front and the compressor in the rear. The pan "drains" itself by evaporation, and should not require emptying. Mine was full of pet hairs from the previous owner and I wanted that mess out of there, so I squirted some bleachy soapy water from an old dish soap bottle, let it soak, then used a small wet vac with upholstery attachment to git-er-done.

  3. To tell you the truth, I don't know anyone who cleans their drain pan from their fridge.  It's just there to catch small amounts of condensation, etc. that then evaporate.  It should be able to pull out but if it doesn't, just forget that it's there. Did you used to clean the drain pan from your previous fridge?  Probably not.  Maybe you didn't even know it had one.
