Please help if you can :)

  1. To get the most miles from your car, keep on the driving and the odometer will keep on going up.  As for fuel economy, find a route that all down hill, going and back.

  2. There are many ways to improve mileage. Here are a few simple ways;If you have over 20000 miles and haven't done anything as far as maintenance is concerned the one thing you can do yourself, in most cases, is to replace your engines air filter. If it is only half way restricted it can effect your fuel mileage.

Accelerate moderately rather than "flooring" it from a dead stop.

Do not sit at idle for lengthy periods (just to enjoy your radio or AC)

Don't be a two footed driver. Use your right foot for both accel. and braking. A two footed driver tends to "ride" the brakes causing undo

resistance for the engine and trans....

  3. Studies have shown that the absolute best way to improve gas mileage is getting an engine tune-up. Next is having correct air pressure in your tires. And finally, driving intelligently -- no fast starts and stops, constant speeds, stay at speed limit, use cruise control when possible, and consolidate trips. And only take trips downhill (just kidding).

  4. Always ck and chg your fluids on a regular basis. Keep tires inflated to the regs. Drive betw 40 an 50 mph. If you have cruise control use it since it keeps the speed more constant than using your foot.
