How do I get the pics off my cell phone?

Do I need a program as well as the USB cord to download my pics from my cell phone to my home computer? I have a motorola (dual 800/1900 CDMA 1X-EVDO)

with most phones, you have to send a pic txt to your email.

txt the pics to your email or

get a SD card and transfer them to your computer thats what I do

  Pretty much. Generally you will need to buy a kit that comes with the software and USB cord. The good news is that most kits come with connectors for just about every phone, so you will most likely only have to buy it once and you'll be able to use it with most any new phone you buy.

   If you can email photos from your phone, you could always email them to yourself, but a lot of plans don't include this service, and they'll charge you for each pic you email, if they do.
