How do I get the smudged eyeliner look (with pic)?

okay i want to get the smudged eyeliner look (like below):

Sooo I was wondering how do you get that look? Like I know you may use liquid eyeliner but HOW?!!?! thanks!

What you kneed-

black eyeshadow

black pencil eyeliner

black mascara

black liquid eyeliner

white eyeshadow

What to do-

1. Apply the white eyeshadow all over lid, crease and brow bone.

2.Apply black eyeshadow to lid.

3.On top eyelid line eye going for the cat eye effect with the pencil eyeliner.

4.Go over the line you just drew with liquid liner.

5.Trace bottom lid with pencil eyeliner. Draw a thick line just under the lashes.

6.Smuch that line using a smudger,finger,make up sponge, or tissue. Smuge it by staring at the inner corner of your eye. Do little smuges woring your way to the outer corner of your eye.

7.When at the outer corner of your eye smuge up and out for the cat eye effect.

8.Apply at least 2 coats of mascara.

Just put it more below than where you regularly put it. Then get, like, A q-tip and smear it to create thickness texture. If you don't use the q-tip, Then it won't look smeared and smudged

You can get that look in a couple of different ways. Either use a liquid liner (MARK has a great one, the brush is really thin so you get a precise line - meetmark.com) or a cream black eyeshadow (I have found out that FLIRT! Cosmetics has a great cream eyeshadow called FLIRT! I'm Whipped Eye Shadow Mousse and you can buy it in a deep black.) You can also just buy a plain eyeliner (get it at the drugstore or a discount store,) line your upper and lower rims, and then smudge with an eyeliner smudger, Q-tip, or even your finger if you want an edgier look.

Use black eye shadow. Using the tip of the applicator, go under the eyes and the top of the eye lids. After that use eye liner as well to go on the inside of your eyelides. This takes practice, might not come out great the first time but just keep trying you'll get it eventually! Hope this helped.

Thats a really sick picture! But if you want it.. You could put a line of liquid eyeliner and then get a eyeshadow brush and get it wet a just smude it, if it's not enough, then add some wet black eyeshadow. By the way, also, I hope you don't ever do your hair like that, it's so ugly! And that girl looks like a peice of white trash

CoverGirl has an eyeliner pencil called perfect point plus and at the end of it, it has a little smudger :)
