How do I get the songs on my ipod onto Itunes?

All my songs got deleted on itunes but not on my ipod. How do i transfer the songs from my ipod to itunes?????????????? plz plz plz help me

itune blocks this function since itune is the tool with one way to transfer files from itune to ipod. you must utilize other tools to achieve that.
