How do I get the soundtrack of a video onto my iPod nano?

I've got this music video and is there any way of separating the audio from the video so I can just put the sound onto my iPod nano 2nd generation? I don't want the video, I know videos can't go on 2nd generation Nanos.

Well videos are in .wmv format and audio files are in .mp3 format so if you wanted to make a .wmv to a .mp3 you would need a converter you could search them up on google, but I'm a nice guy and I will give you the link in the source. :)

So once you convert the one to one you want to save it in a folder and drag the .mp3 into the purchased section on your iTunes after you're done that all you have to do is is sync the music wich I hope you know how to do.
