How do I get this approved for my personals ad?

My picture for my personal add had been denied because it says it is a duplicate or a collage which it is neither. How do I fix this or who do I contact and how to get this corrected?

The newspaper or magazine must have a classified ad editor, Contact that person and find out what the problem is. If you are asking about an online ad, again there must be an editor or ad coordinator. Try to reach that person and find out what the issue is.
