How do I get this bolt off my door?!?

bolt over a whatever thing holding it onto the door.

there are two on my wooden double doors with a deadbolt holding them together.

i lost the key!

everytime i try to twist, the hook thing follows

how do i get it off?!?!

It looks like its screwed in to the door, try getting a pair of pliers and twisting it.
