Question:

How do I get this covered under my bumper to bumper warrantee?

Someone pushed a shopping cart into my tail light at a grocery store(noticed it when I came out of the store, didn't see the person). Anyway, it's broken (the cover). Does anyone know what I could tell the dealer so that it gets covered under my warrantee? It's a newer car so I can't just replace the "cover," it's a whole piece that includes the lights and stuff. My insurance has a $500 deductible and I can't afford it. Anyway, just curious if anyone has any tips!

  1. The answer may vary by person. It would be a good idea to hear some of them and try to choose the best one. Here is a good one.http://car-insurance.bestips.info/car-in...

  2. mom your stuck! I was rear ended by an illegal alien driver and thought it was covered under the un-insured motoist clause but they also wanted my deductable and the damage was barely above that!

  3. You won't get that done...but....your car insurance will cover the full cost of that repair in most states....even if all you have ism liability

  4. Any body shop will be able to look at it and tell exactly what happened, you are out of luck getting this on your warrantee, anyway that is dishonest and who needs the bad karma.  It makes me laugh that car dealers are thought of as dishonest while people are always trying to find ways around things like cost and warrantee, I guess if you can't be trusted you can't trust.  File a police report and hope someone saw who did this, but it probably wasn't anyone from the car dealership so they shouldn't have to pay.
