How do I get this on my phone?

I made a ringtone off of iTunes and now I'm trying to figure out how i get it from iTunes to my cell phone. Does anyone know??

Songs downloaded from itunes are in the AAC format, which only ipods can take. in order to set them as cell phone ringtones, you just need a converter that will go from AAC to mp3 or wma. The way I do it is to use TuneClone. my friend introduced it to me. it automatically generates a virtual cd burner, with which the music files can be converted at very high speed.
