How do I get this stain out...?

Here is a picture. I went through my drawers wanting to wear this yesterday, but when I was ironin I found the stain. Looks like coffee or something, I have no idea. The actual skirt as you will see is white, I tried to bleach it, rub it out, wash it, etc. I cant get it out! anybody know what i can do? thanks!

When ever I have tough stains or stains I don't know what they are;

I dissolve 1/2 cup of oxiclean in a bucket of warm water and soak the item for an hour to three days depending on what the stain is. But it gets out most everything.

Try full strength hydrogen peroxide.  You can also use lemon juice and put the item in the sun for a couple of hours.

I swear by Simple Green. It might take some effort and scrubbing but I bet it will come out if its not set in.
