I like this guy a lot, and I'm 98% sure he likes me back. He just recently got out of a rough relationship. The girl he broke up with is kind of my friend, and after the breakup she started dating his best friend (who is also my best friend). This is all kind of confusing, sorry. They're both kind of over it, even though he's still really mad at her. I have a couple options to get my message through to him. I could tell Matt (our best friend, who is dating his ex) that I like him, and then have matt nudge him in the right direction. OR I could just tell him.... Normally, I'm not shy, at all. 5. I expected him to say something meaningfull.
