This website should help if you are traveling from around the Bay Area to 95 Mason Street (I'm assuming you mean San Francisco).

You won't need to use Muni if you are coming off of BART. Just exit at Powell Street Station and walk two blocks. Be aware this is not the best of areas.

BART--Get off at Powell, walk west (well, technically southwest) on Market to Mason, turn right.  

Muni--hard to say, since I don't know where you're coming from.
