How do I get to IKEA?

My friends and I are planning to go to IKEA tomorrow. We currently reside in Jersey City and want to go to the IKEA at the following address:

One Beard Street

Brooklyn, NY 11231

My question is which subways would get us there? We can get to Manhattan stops [Christopher St, 9th, 14th, 23rd, 33rd] on our own, we just need directions from then on. Please help.
